5-Day Return Window (Starting from the Date of Receipt)
Our online platform showcases a diverse range of products, backed by reliable delivery services and unwavering customer support. To address any concerns, we have extended our return policy to cover a period of 5 days from the date of receipt.
Two Convenient Return Methods
Pick Up: For most locations, enjoy the convenience of our cost-free pick-up service when submitting a return request.
Self-Ship: In areas where pick-up services are unavailable, we will reimburse your shipping costs, provided the returned product adheres to our return policy terms. Simply share a scanned copy of the receipt via email for verification.
Important Points to Note
We do not accept returns for garments that have been worn, laundered, or had their labels and tags removed.
Returns and refunds are not applicable to Gift cards and downloadable products.
Exchanges are possible for a different size or color, contingent on availability. If we cannot fulfill your exchange request, a refund will be initiated.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that bodysuits and swimsuits are returned with their original hygienic protective strip intact.
Note that panties and lingerie sets, including panties, are deemed final sale and are not eligible for return.
